With only three large and bright rooms, finely furnished with excellent materials such as the Venetian terrace and briccola wood and equipped with every comfort, our house is a small paradise for those, who are looking for a place to stop and enjoy an authentic place. All rooms offer an enchanting view of the canal or the garden.
Every piece of furniture was chosen in the spirit of feeling at home, conveying the warmth of those who live there.
Historical Building
Located along the Rio delle Muneghete in which it is reflected, in front of Fondamenta de le Sechere. Considered one of the most curious and photographed houses in Venice. Casa delle Cinque Teste is the name given by the Venetians but perhaps it is not its official name. The five heads refer to the facade of the building facing the water where there are five marble heads sculpted by the city’s tagiapiera (or stonemasons) depicting human faces.
Exclusive Garden
Private garden among the largest in Venice ideal for weddings and events.
It is also accessed from the water gate by taxi on the canal or from the back along a path that leads from the pòrtego of Calle Dario to the entrance.
A large green carpet embraces the house. A frame of flowers, flower beds, plants, arranged in elegant squares and enriched with ancient wells, vases and even a vaulted pergola and a small “brolo” (garden of the Venetian house).
Suites
Our house offers only three suites with private bathroom and equipped with every comfort. All suites have splendid views of the garden or canal. Quiet, intimate and luxuriously welcoming.

Muneghete
It takes its name from the nuns (muneghete) of an old convent adjacent to the house. Large and romantic room with spectacular views of the canal and the Sestiere.

Cinqueteste
It takes its name from the facade of our noble house on which two splendid Gothic windows open. Large and romantic room with spectacular views of both the canal and the garden.

Colombina
It takes its name from the famous Venetian mask and its cheerful frivolity. It is a very romantic room with a very suggestive sitting area in front. It is our “room with a view” for the garden view, the secret glimpses and the intimate atmosphere. It has precious terrace floors also in the private bathroom. Here the craftsmanship of the craftsmen made it possible to make it on the walls. Furniture and accessories prefer velvet and delicate shades of pink combined with cardinal red and gold. It owes its name to the church of Santa Croce demolished after Napoleon’s suppression.

A one night stay is possible only by contacting the property. Minimum stay two nights.
We welcome guests from 10 to 20. After 20 there is a supplement of €30.
Booking all three rooms requires a non-refundable deposit for the first night’s stay and cancellation with at least 20 days notice. Cancellations with less than 20 days’ notice will be charged for the entire duration of the stay.

In the event of a new health emergency, it will always be possible to cancel without penalty, obtaining a voucher for the amount paid that can be spent on other dates. Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. 50% of the entire amount will be charged for cancellations made within 14 and 7 days before arrival. The full amount will be charged for cancellations made within 6 days before arrival and in case of no show.

Cinqueteste Luxury Home offers very large spaces and only three suites to guarantee distance and safety. The cleaning service provides for of all environments. Before and after the guests’ stay, special air purification devices are put into operation, equipped with a Hepa filter and active carbon capable of eliminating any suspended particles of viruses and allergens.
In our garden developed on an area of 1000.00 square meters there are numerous tall trees, climbing vines and other shrub species.
The microclimate that is created allows you to live in nature enjoying its healthy benefits.
The separate access to the house and its location 15 minutes from the crowded center allow you to enjoy the most authentic Venice without gatherings, in optimal and healthy conditions.
Environment
The culture and care of the restoration has restored the precious finishes of our house to its former glory, including centuries-old frescoes hidden by multiple coats of paint. Respect for the past has been combined with attention to the ecosystem.
For this reason, we have invested in innovative building technologies that have cut energy consumption by 70% with the equivalent reduction of CO2 emissions into the environment.
