Useful information for the stay

Cinqueteste Luxury Home Venice is a private residence with only three suites, designed for adult guests and teenagers from 13 years old.

The check‑in is scheduled from 2:00 PM and the check‑out by 10:00 AM. We are always happy to store the luggage for free and, when possible, to welcome guests before the scheduled time.

Depending on availability, late check‑out until 6:00 PM incurs an additional € 50.

To confirm the direct booking, a deposit of 30%. is required. The cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.

The rates and the minimum stay may vary according to season, chosen suite and availability.
